A visionary leader and strategic thinker, Mr. Sujay Vardhan brings over two decades of cross-industry experience that spans retail, corporate affairs, agri-tech consulting and financial services. He is the architect behind Innovatief Technologies’ transformative agenda in livestock and feed business consulting.

Professional Journey:
Mr. Vardhan began his journey as part of the startup team at Reliance Fresh, contributing to the foundation of its retail business. He later held the role of Senior Manager – Corporate Affairs at Reliance Industries, managing policy, stakeholder alignment and strategy.
His consulting engagements have guided multiple startups in the agriculture and allied sectors, offering deep insights into business structuring, compliance and go-to-market strategy. Today, he also mentors and invests in ventures in the financial services and agri-innovation sectors.

Dr. Suyash Vardhan is a seasoned expert with over 20 years of experience in dairy nutrition, feed mill efficiency and livestock consulting. Having held senior roles with global leaders like Trouw Nutrition (Nutreco), Cargill and Provimi, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business strategy to Innovatief.

He holds a Master’s in Veterinary Science (Animal Reproduction & Gynecology), certifications in Feed Mill Technology (Thailand) and Design Thinking and Innovation (IIT Delhi), along with advanced leadership training.

Ernst Nef is a Swiss feed milling specialist with over 40 years of international experience, playing a pivotal role in advancing feed and flour milling technology worldwide. He began his career with Buhler Ltd., Switzerland and went on to serve as Director & Specialist Teacher at the Swiss Institute of Feed Technology (SFT) for more than two decades, shaping professionals across the globe.
At Innovatief Technologies, he contributes his unmatched expertise in feed manufacturing, training and capacity building, strengthening the company’s mission to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for the livestock industry. His work is centered on improving operational efficiency and technical knowledge, ensuring that the feed solutions provided are both high-quality and sustainable. He is dedicated to sharing his extensive experience to help clients optimize their processes and achieve long-term success.
Dr. P M Radhakrishna is a sustainability-driven innovator with over 28 years of experience, specializing in nutraceuticals, feed additives and bioactives. As the Founder & CEO of Chemlife Innovations, he has developed eco-conscious solutions such as non-antibiotic growth promoters and methane-mitigating compounds, bringing groundbreaking research into impactful commercial products.
At Innovatief Technologies, he contributes his expertise in bridging science with commercialization, bringing forward innovative and sustainable approaches to animal nutrition and agritech. Dr. Radhakrishna’s work is crucial in helping the company stay at the forefront of the industry by integrating cutting-edge scientific developments into practical, real-world solutions.
